1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the lck44 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between lck44 and its users. By using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you are considered to have fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform. lck44 reserves the right to change or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published means you have automatically accepted the new Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the lck44 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must be able to create a valid account in your own name.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the region where you reside.
• You are participating on the platform for personal entertainment purposes and using your own personal funds.
• You do not have a gambling addiction problem and are capable of gaming responsibly.

If any of these conditions are not met, you are requested to stop using the platform immediately. lck44 reserves the right to carry out age verification procedures when necessary.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Account Creation

Each user may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled and deposits may be confiscated. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, up to date, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all stored funds. lck44 may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. You are liable for all activities carried out from your account.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the lck44 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• After receiving a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met before making a withdrawal.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• lck44 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if evidence of fraud or irregularity is found.

4.3 General Restrictions

If any error or irregularity is detected in a financial transaction, lck44 may temporarily suspend transactions on the relevant account until the investigation is complete.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. The welcome bonus requires 20x wagering, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount. For example, ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn.
• Some games may not contribute to bonus wagering — the list of eligible games is available on the platform.
• A bonus can only be claimed once per account; claiming a bonus multiple times using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• lck44 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The lck44 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback; and Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. You can advance to a higher tier through regular active participation.

6. Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lck44 platform:

• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Using the gaming system in a manipulative or deceptive manner.
• Using software bots, automation scripts, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Making deposits using a third party's credit card or payment account.
• Sharing account credentials with other users or collaborating to exploit bonus benefits.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be cancelled immediately and all funds may be forfeited. lck44 may report the matter to law enforcement authorities if necessary.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the lck44 platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Each game has its own rules, which are described in detail within the game interface. Users are encouraged to read the relevant rules before starting a game.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a technical problem occurs mid-game or the server is disrupted, the relevant round may be declared void and the wagered amount will be refunded. In such situations, lck44's decision is final.

7.3 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, please read the market rules for each match carefully before placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a special announcement is made by lck44.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Evidence that the user is a minor is found.

If an account is terminated and the user has not breached any terms, any legitimate funds in their account will be returned after appropriate verification.
